I’m not a loser…..

 

…..but I want to be! Why is it I’m not losing any weight, even when I stick to this diet meticulously? What is wrong with my body?

  1. The only way I've ever been able to lose weight is to count calories. I use Fatsecret.com. If I cut anything out, my body freaks and I gain weight, so I eat what I want, just less of it.
